Graduated from the Novosibirsk Railway Transportation Institute. Worked in construction of the Baykal-Amur Main Line (BAM) as an employee of the No. 55 Bridge Construction Spread, the No. 10 Bridge Construction Trust. Risen from the position of foreman to the spread supervisor. Established a private enterprise, named MOST Association, in 1991. Was decorated with the "For BAM Construction" medal. Currently acts as the President of the MOST Construction Company. |

Yevgeny Georgievich SUR

Graduated from the Moscow Railway Transportation Institute. Began working in construction of the Baykal-Amur Main Line (BAM) as an employee of the No. 55 Bridge Construction Spread of the No. 10 Bridge Construction Trust. Was continuously promoted from a foreman up to the Deputy Spread Supervisor in charge of production operations. Established a private enterprise, named MOST Association, in 1991. Was decorated with the "For BAM Construction" medal. Currently acts as the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of the CJSC UFSK Most Company. |

Boris Ivanovich KONDRAT
General Director, OJSK USK Most Company
Graduated from the Khabarovsk Polytechnic Institute in the Bridge and Tunnels specialty. Upon graduation from the Institute was assigned to the No. 47 Bridge Construction Spread of the No. 10 Bridge Construction Trust where worked as a foreman until 1983. In 1983 he was appointed as the Production and Technology Department Deputy Manager in the No. 47 Bridge Construction Spread. He worked there as the Production and Technology Department Manager since 1985 till 1987. Since 1987 till 1995 he was working as the Chief Engineer of the No. 47 Bridge Construction Spread. In 1995 he was appointed as the Production Deputy Manager in the Vladivostok Bridge Construction Spread. He worked in 1999 since March till August as the Deputy Chief Engineer of the No. 6 Bridge Construction Spread Territorial Company. Since August 1999 he is working as the Chief Engineer in the JSK SK Most Company. Decorated with a medal "For BAM Construction" and Honorary Sign "For Participation in BAM Construction" from the LYCLSU Central Committee. Now he is in position of the Director General of the OJSK USK Most Company. |

Anatoly Ivanovich PODKOLZIN

Graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute in the Industrial Constriction and Civil Engineering specialty, qualified as the construction engineer. His professional career was started in the Kuibyshev Research Institute of Petroleum Industry, he worked in the No. 47 Bridge Construction Spread, and then in the Production and Process Procurement Department of the No. 10 Bridge Construction Trust in areas of Arctic status. Was awarded with multiple merit certificates and decorated with the "For BAM Construction" medal. Was appointed to the leading positions in a number of construction companies. At present he is in position of the President of the OJSC Stroy-Trest Company. |

Graduated from the Khabarovsk Polytechnic Institute in the Bridge and Tunnels specialty, qualified as the construction engineer. Risen from the position of foreman to the director of the construction company. Was appointed to the leading positions in a number of construction companies. Worked with Track Maintenance Departments and Bridge Construction Spreads in the Russian Far East and Trans-Baykal Region. Decorated with the “Engineering Honor of Russia” sign of the Ist Degree, honor engraved watches from the President of the OJSC Russian Railroads Company, merit certificates for labor achievements and innovatory proposals. Demonstrated himself many times as a professional of superior qualification. Now he is at position of the OJSC Stroy-Trest Company. |

Victor Walterovich FRIESEN
Director General, CJSC UFSK Most Company
Graduated from the V. Kuibyshev Siberian Motor Vehicle and Road Construction Institute in the Bridge and Tunnels specialty. Now he in position of the Director General of the CJSC UFSK Most Company since May 2003. His career was started as a foreman in the Bridge Construction Spread of the No. 10 Bridge Construction Trust, then he worked as the Chief Engineer in the No. 121 Bridge Construction Spread of the Ulyanovsk Bridge Construction Trust within the Main Bridge Construction Authority. Participated in construction of the Baykal-Amur Main Line (BAM). He was the Director of the Ulyanovsk Division of the TransStroy Corporation. Advanced technology and construction methods in installation of the bridge over the Buzan River were implemented under his supervision. |

Was appointed to the position of the Deputy Director General of the ZarubezhTransStroy LLC. In 2000 he was in position of the First Deputy Director General of the JSC BSK-Vostok. Since 2003 he is the Director General of the JSC MOST Construction Company. |
