MOST Construction Company owns modern production facilities located in the Amur, Chita, Astrakhan, Vologda, Kostroma, Moscow, and Kaliningrad regions. Concrete plants, construction laboratories, fitting and manufworking shops, machinery storage and repair boxes, offices, dormitories are located on their territory. Production and residential facilities are equipped with everything needed to ensure comfortable conditions for work and leisure.

Own production facilities provide the company’s needs for the following products:

• reinforced concrete products (ballast-free bridge slabs, span slabs, pre-cast blocks for supports, etc.);
• metal structures (unloading packages, all types of mobile formwork, etc.);
• STSaD (Special temporary structures and devices).

The largest manufacturing complexes are located in Vladivostok (where there is a construction of а cable-stayed bridge to the Russky Island across the Eastern Bosphorus Strait) and in Sochi (along constructing combined automobile and railway road between Adler and Alpica-Service mountain health resort).

The production facilities in Vladivostok are located on the Nazimov Peninsula and on Russky Island. They accommodate four state-of-the-art concrete plants of Tecwill Oy and Compactors firms, reinforcement and welding shop, construction technology laboratories, pipe-fitting and carpenter's workshops, office premises, hostels and canteens. A repair shop for maintenance and repair of the equipment involved in construction of the cable-stayed bridge over the Eastern Bosporus Strait is also located here.

Mobile electric power plants supply power to construction sites on both sides of the Strait. A power line of 8 km in length is laid from the permanent power supply sources.

Totally, 16 Company production facilities (owned by SK MOST) are located along Adler – Krasnaya Polyana track. The largest manufacturing complex at Russian South is built at Veseloye settlement in Adler district of Sochi and occupies a 1.8 ha land plot.

The enterprises united by a common technological cycle are placed at this plot: four reinforcement shops, three concrete plants, road transport depot, and reinforced concrete high-precision tunnel lining plant. Furthermore, social infrastructure facilities are built here: two dormitories for 570 people, canteen, and administrative complex. Tunnel Lining Plant has four production lines. It can produce 4 kinds of tubing concurrently providing 15,000 cubic meters of total volume per month. These products are used for constructed tunnels lining at Adler – Krasnaya Polyana track.
