The film narrates about SK MOST technological concepts and capabilities, the most important and interesting projects such as a stay cable bridge to the Russky Island in Vladivostok, Adler - "Alpika-Service" Mountain Resort combined motorway and railway in Sochi, combined tunnel under the Lena River in Yakutsk, Kuznetsovsky tunnel in the Far East, and also presents the company’s major social policy programs.

Construction of a berth and grain terminal on the territory of Volga Port
Astrakhan

Work started: 2002; work completed: 2003.

Scope of work in constructing a grain terminal:

  • sinking of 530-mm piles filled with cast-in-place concrete – 130 piles;
  • construction of a full complex for a grain terminal (including 18-meter silo towers for a grain storage with foreign-made equipment – two silo towers);
  • construction of a ramp for loading grain onto vessels – 120 r. m.;
  • installation and assembly of equipment for grain transshipment from the railway transport onto the vessels – 1 complex;

  • construction of a 2-story administrative complex (AHF brick building);
  • performance of service lines for water supply networks, drainage, sewage treatment, power supply, and communication.

    • The Scope of work for berth construction:

    • dredging of the river floor along the berth wall – 1420 m3;
    • installation of solid ferroconcrete cross beams – 620 m3;
    • installation of solid ferroconcrete anchor slabs – 1800 m3;
    • installation of anchor ties – 30 tons;
    • sand backfilling of cavities behind the berth wall – 2400 m3.
