Construction started: 3rd quarter of 2005. Maryinsky residential neighborhood unit comprises eight individually tailored buildings: Besides the residential buildings, there is a daycare center for 125 children, a fitness complex, a water pumping unit with a daily capacity of 2,000 m3, and a 15 MW gas boiler plant in the residential community. The compositional solution of the residential neighborhood unit layout has been made on creating a single landscaped space with courtyards for recreation and parking lots for personal auto transport of residents and guests. The apartment buildings are cast and brick buildings, with a cast-in-place ferroconcrete frame and walls of ceramic bricks. Fully-finished 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7-room apartments come in a broad variety of layouts. Plastic windows, cast iron radiators, gas stoves, water and electricity meters. Six and seven-room apartments are two-level. The total area of the buildings is 69,836 m2, including 58,565 m2 of residential space and 11,271 m2 of common areas.
