A nine-story building with a basement and a mechanical floor with the total useful area of 12,481.5 m2 at a house area of 1,577 m2, includes: To reduce construction time, driven piles in the pile foundation have been replaced with augered piles diameter of 1,000 – 1,200 mm in diameter. To improve the building exterior, a ventilated façade made of aluminum panels has been built.
