The total useful area of over 10,000 m2 with the house area of a 0.36-hectare. The first four levels are occupied by a parking garage, administrative and utility premises with the total floor space of 3,481.8 m2 are located on floors five and six . The two top floors are done as offices with an atrium. The ratio of the atrium width to height equals to 1:1 which allowed a good lighting of offices with the second natural daylight source. |
