Viaduct at the Agryz – Druzhynino section of the Gorky Railway

Construction of a viaduct on a new axis traffic line of the Agryz – Druzhynino section by an odd way at the 1,427^th kilometer of the Gorky Railway.

Work started: 2005; to be completed: August 2008 г.

The viaduct structure is 10 by 33.6 meters. The span structures are articulated, with the tracks on ballast. The full length of the viaduct is 358 meters.

To build piers as high as 26 meters, the company purchased a self-climbing formwork (SCF) system by HÜNNEBECK. This system allows performing formwork at heights of 100 meters and more without using an assembly crane. A hydraulic device provides a smooth and steady elevation at the rate of up to 12 meters per hour regardless of the load on an individual console.

The span structures will be installed using the jig crane GEPK-130U.
