Railway Bridge over the Shaldura River is located at KP 6712 km of the I-st and II-nd tracks of the Ulyakan to Uryum Section of the Transbaikal Railway.
Start of works: January 2008; completion of works: November 2008.
Bridge design: 3 × 12 m.
The project includes: replacement of all bridge span structures, repair of abutments and intermediate pillars.
Dismantling of spans is carried out by transverse rolling technology with subsequent dumping by tractors. Middle spans are installed by two NK-450 cranes from ground. Ending spans are installed by the Sokol railway crane and NK-450 crane from ground.
While performing the works two span structures 0-1 and 1-2 along the even track are installed and abutments at the odd and even tracks have been repaired.
