The closestattention is paid to forming a social infrastructure in regions where subdivisions of the MOST Company are city-forming enterprises. In particular, in Belogorsk (Amur Region) the company has built a fitness complex, a hotel, residential buildings using its own original designs, an entertainment complex for children, and a school. In the process of construction the required service lines – power, gas and water supply have been laid out.

Since its first years of existance, while still struggling with its own difficulties, the company started providing support to those who often simply could not survive without the help from outside. Since the beginning of 1990s, the company has been supporting a boarding school for physically challenged children in the Mogochi village, Amur Region. Later the list of institutions receiving the company's support was completed with schools, kindergartens, polyclinics and hospitals, and sports organizations.
